| 摘 要： | 在分析目前严峻的就业形势基础上,阐述了大学生以创业带动就业是转变就业观念,扩大就业,解决社会突出矛盾的迫切要求,论证了完善大学生创业机制就必须建立以政府、社会、高校、创业者为体系的大学生创业工程,并指出大学生如何主动培养创业意识、提升创业能力,成功走向创业之路。

| Abstract: | This paper issues starting an enterprise to promote to obtain employment among college students is the urgent need to expand employment and solve the contradiction in the society according to analysis of the rigorous employment situation,discusses that we must build the "starting an enterprise" project based on government,society,colleges and persons to improve the system of starting an enterprise to promote to obtain employment among college students,and indicates how these college students to bring up their innovative consciousness and improve their innovative abilities to succeed. |
