| 摘 要： | 第三方国际物流本质上是一种涉外的合同关系，而涉外合同关系则可能因适用不同国家的法律导致不同的合同救济结果，最终影响当事人在国际物流中的行为预期。因此，在国际物流活动中，应当采取适当的法律适用对策，最大限度地减少法律风险的负效应。

| Abstract: | The third-party International Logistics is the contract logistics involving foreign elements in nature.The different applicable laws of the contract may give rise to the different results and have an influence on the expecting of the parties in the international logistics action.So the parties should adopt the proper law to govern the contract and reduce the legal risks to a large extent. |
