| 摘 要： | 军民融合发展是我国的国家战略,深入贯彻落实军民融合发展战略,对于保护国家安全与发展,实现富国与强军相统一,推动中华民族的伟大复兴,具有重大而深远的意义。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记把军民融合发展确立为兴国之举、强军之策。国家在建设军队和国防信息化的时候,最为核心的内容就是信息系统体系,是确保国家持续健康发展以及保障作战能力的重要基础。必须要遵循信息化建设发展客观规律,坚定不移地推进信息系统体系军民融合深度发展。 |
