构建配送式后勤保障体系过程中我军后勤信息化建设的思考

配送式后勤是信息化时代产生的一种全新的后勤保障方式，也是我军后勤实现跨越式发展的必由之路。文章通过对配送式后勤保障涵义的分析．强调了我军构建配送式后勤保障体系过程中信息化建设的地位．并思考了在此过程中应协调好的信息化建设与机械化建设、与整个后勤信息化建设以及配送各个要素的信息化建设三个关系，最后得出了信息化建设过程中应该重点建设后勤信息化网络、重点发展信息化的配送装备、重点建立和完善信息化的法规制度和技术规范及标准以适应配送后勤的要求这样一个基本的思路。

Thoughts on Information Construction of Our Logistics in Process of Building Military Distribution-based Logistics Support System

Distribution-based logistics is a brand-new logistics support mode in information times being the road we must take to achieve the great-leap-forward development in military logistics. This paper puts emphasis on the importance of information construction in process of building distribution-based logistics support system in our army by analyzing its meaning, and then considers its relationship with mechanization, the overall logistics information construction as well as all the factors of distribution, which should be harmonious, finally arrives at the basic thought that in information construction we should giver priority to establish the network of logistics information construction, develop the distribution equipments of information construction as well as establish and complete the laws ＆ regulations and technological specifications ＆ standards to meet the requirements of distribution-based logistics.
