| Abstract: | We must further emancipate our minds , deepen the reform of joint stock system of the state-owned enterprises and bring forth new ideas to enterpriser system. We also must reform the governmental administration and be in lead in bringing forth new ideas and renewing the system as well as optimizing the service. As a result, we are sure to develope state-owned sector of the economy and other types of ownership rapidly at the same time. |
