| Abstract: | Through financial services in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province basic analysis of the financial service system for the existing problems of perspective and the causes, summarized up the experience in the development of rural financial basis. In term of funds from the supply system, setting up institutions and the quality of financial services, the article gradually raised some developing countermeasures to reform and improve the rural financial service system of Heilongjiang Province. |
