| 摘 要： | 泉州外向型经济的特征正发生某种改变，具体考察12家上市公司的跨国化指数，平均只有6．5％，原因在于这些公司正力图由OEM向OBM转型，从中可得出泉州民营企业国际化的路径为：加工贸易出口——国内树立品牌——一般贸易出口——对外直接投资。未来的方向是正处于国内树立品牌的龙头企业如何能大规模地进入一般贸易出口或对外直接投资的高级阶段。
