| 摘 要： | 对导热油加热炉的结垢类型与形成原因进行了分析 ,并针对不同情况提出相应的化学清洗和物理清洗的方法 ,通过对结垢程度不同的导热油加热炉的清洗 ,加热炉的燃烧效率、使用寿命及安全性均有相当程度的提高。统计结果表明 :清洗后的除垢率为 80 %～90 % ,节煤率可达 1 5%～ 3 0 % ,清洗时间一般在 1 2～ 2 4h,清洗材料费用在 1 0 0 0元左右。综合效果较好 ,具有推广应用价值

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the types and causes of oil and tar scale in heat-conducting oil boiler and introduces the methods of chemical and physical cleaning to different scales.The efficiency of boilers,life period and safty will be improved by the cleaning of the heat-conducting oil boilers with some tar scale.The statistical results show that the scalehandling rate of the cleaning method ranges from 80% to 90%, the economy of coal reaches 15%~30%,the cleaning period is beween 12~24 h,the material cost is about 1000 yuan.It has a good result and a wide application prospect. |
