基于解释结构模型的民营第三方物流企业成功因素研究

文章以浙江民营第三方物流企业为样本,实证分析了民营第三方物流企业的成功因素.研究发现:领导者、企业制度、组织职能、战略规划、核心竞争力、人才团队、客户服务、内部整合是影响企业成功的八项因素.文章认为,民营第三方物流企业的领导者在扮演家长型领导角色时,应调动下属的积极性与创造性,注重人才战略,提高企业信息化程度及信息化管理水平,为客户提供及时、准确、可靠和多样化的物流服务.
