摘    要:依法治校作为现代学校管理的基本理念,是现代法治思想和法治原则在学校的具体运用。依法治校通过自主化、制度化、民主化、规范化和权益化管理等途径,教育和引导学校领导和广大师生自觉培养良好的法律意识和法治观念,澄清模糊认识,建立和维护学校良好的教学、科研和工作秩序。

Abstract:Law-based school management is a basic legal principle for modern school management.It is the practice of modern law-based idea in school.By means of the management of freedom,system,democratization,standardization,rights and interests,the law-based school management can educate and induct the leaders and staff in the school to bring up good legal consciousness and views,and clarify the misunderstandings,thus a good teaching,research and working environment can be established.
