| 摘 要： | 当前全球证券市场正在掀起一股规模空前强大的交易所并购潮,各大国际知名证券交易所都纷纷开展合作和兼并行动,而我国证券交易所却因经济与制度的掣肘无缘投身其中.文章认为我国要参与这种国际竞争必须加强经济基础和制度基础的建设,这是我国证券交易所获得国际地位的必由之路.

| Abstract: | A trend of mergence of exchanges has come into being in the global security market,many famous international exchanges participates in the action of corporation and emergence.However,our exchanges can not take part in this trend as well because of weak economic and institutional base.In order to match with this trend,we must strengthen the base of economy and institution. |
