合肥市文化产业发展对策研究

合肥市文化产业发展面临着总量偏小,比重偏低,产业结构不合理,以及文化企业发展滞后的问题。本文对合肥市文化产业发展滞后的主要原因进行了剖析,同时指出了合肥市发展文化产业所具有的优势,在此基础上,从创新文化产业机制、组建大型文化企业集团、推动新兴文化产业的发展、培育文化产品和服务市场、加大品牌建设和宣传力度、加强文化基础设施建设、加强人才高地建设、培养居民文化消费习惯等方面提出了实现合肥市文化产业跨越式发展的对策建议。
