| 摘 要： | 高等学校要与时俱进,抓住发展机遇,必须明确其办学指导思想,突出办学特色。合理定位是形成办学特色的前提,科学的办学思路是基础,构建人才培养的立交桥为有效的途径,而加强师资队伍的建设则为形成办学特色的关键。
