论流通创新与贸易增长方式转变

由于我国现行经济增长方式的高消耗、高投入、高污染、低效率，其转变势在必行。在开放的经济条件下，“贸易”对于促进经济增长有着重要作用，而我国也正处于“双盈余”的特殊局面之中且贸易顺差过大。因此，将贸易增长方式的转变视为先导和关键有着必然性与可行性。传统的研究视角均从生产领域出发，但基于“贸易即流通”，完全可以沿着优化流通过程、提高流通效率、降低流通成本的思路，在出口与进口相协同，区际贸易与国际贸易相协同，比较优势、后发优势、竞争优势相协同中，通过流通技术、制度、组织的创新来实现贸易增长方式的转变。
