港铁P8y车轮与钢轨的接触分析

摘    要:针对港铁轮轨磨耗问题,建立港铁P8y车轮与60E1、60E2钢轨弹塑性接触三维有限元模型,对不同横移量和不同轴重下的轮轨接触状态分别进行对比分析。得出如下结论:改变轮对横移量,车轮与60E2钢轨接触的接触斑始终呈较为规则的椭圆形,而与60E1钢轨接触的接触斑形状近似等腰三角形,两种轮轨接触斑面积随着轴重的增加而增大。与60E1钢轨接触时相比,车轮与60E2钢轨接触时接触斑面积较大,最大等效应力和接触应力较小,且随着横移量和轴重变化最大等效应力和接触应力波动较小。综上所述,港铁P8y车轮型面与60E2钢轨型面匹配情况较好,可以延长轮轨的使用寿命。

Contact Analysis of MTR P8y Wheels and Rails
Abstract:Aiming at the problem of wheel rail wear, the three-dimensional elastoplastic finite element contact models between P8y wheel and 60E1 and 60E2 rails MTR railway are established. The contact states of wheel and rail under different lateral displacements and different axle loads were compared and analyzed. The conclusions are as following: changing the lateral displacement of wheel, the contact spot of wheel contacting with 60E2 rail always has a relatively regular ellipse, while the contact spot shape of wheel contacting with 60E1 rail is similar to the isosceles triangle. As the axle weight increases,, the two kinds of wheel-rail contact area increases. Compared with 60E1 rail, the contact area is larger when the wheel is in contact with 60E2 rail, and the maximum equivalent stress and the contact stress are smaller,. And the fluctuation of maximum equivalent stress and contact stress is smaller with the changing of the lateral displacement and axle load. In summary, the MTR P8y wheel profile matches better with 60E2 rail profile, which could extend the service life of wheel and rail.
