基于CiteSpace可视化分析的土地储备研究评述

通过 CiteSpace系统分析1999-2019年有关土地储备研究的227篇高质量文献的知识图谱,分别从期刊发文量、代表作者、研究内容、关键词聚类等方面进行主题演进、内容论述和研究热点的可视化分析。研究结果表明,1999-2019年土地储备研究领域的期刊发文量呈现“快速增长—波动保持—波动下降”的发展趋势;研究内容热点呈现多元化、实践化和精细化;主题间的相互联系进一步加强,研究单元逐渐由理论经验的定性扩展到现实实践的定量研究。在此研究基础上,以期为土地储备的新时代政策制度提供借鉴。

A Review of Land Reserve Research Based on CiteSpace Visualization Analysis

Through the systematic analysis of CiteSpace, the knowledge map of 227 high-quality literatures related to land reserve research from 1999 to 2019 was analyzed, and the subject evolution, content discussion and research hot spots were visualized from the aspects of journal publication volume, representative author, research content and keyword clustering. The research results show that from 1999 to 2019, the publication volume of periodicals in the field of land reserve research shows a development trend of rapid growth - fluctuation maintenance - fluctuation decline. The research focuses are diversified, practical and refined. The interrelation between subjects is further strengthened and the research unit is gradually expanded from the qualitative research of theoretical experience to the quantitative research of practical practice. On the basis of this research, It is expected to provide reference for the policy system of land reserve in the new era.
