| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代，知识作为资产进入生产领域并与资金成本结合成知识资本，创造了超额财富的主要部分。当前，我国强调经济增长方式的转变，由高消耗、重污染、低效率的粗放型增长，转向低消耗、少污染、高效率的集约型增长，在这一过程中，加强对知识资本创造价值的认知并赋予知识资本所有者应有的利润分配权，将是真正实现这一转变的微观性基础。

Now, in China, the economic growth pattern is transforming from the extensive growth with high consumption, heavy pollution and low efficiency to intensive growth with low consumption, little pollution and high efficiency.
