摘    要:我国的事业单位体制是随着新中国的成立而建立的,并伴随着我国社会的发展而不断地成长,在我国现代化建设过程中发挥了重要的作用。但是,事业单位体制长期以来受到计划经济模式的影响,事业单位改革一直处于被动地位。目前在人力资源管理方面的人才激励机制层面研究比较少,应在这一方面进行深入探讨,努力探索事业单位人力资源激励机制的改革问题。

Abstract:The public institution of our country system is established with the founding of new China, along with the development of our so- ciety and continue to grow, play an important role in the process of Chinese modernization. However,institution system influenced by the planned economy mode, the reform of institutions is always in a passive position. At present, in the aspect of human resources management level of talent incentive mechanism is less,further study should be conducted on the one hand,reform efforts to explore the incentive mechanism of human resources and institutions.
