| 摘 要： | 文章引入Panel Data模型,结合河北省住宅市场相关数据,建立住宅价格影响因素模型,通过实证分析找出了影响河北省住宅价格的主要因素。在此基础之上,结合河北省住宅市场的具体情况,提出了调控河北省住宅价格的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | The Panel Data Model is introduced to establish the affecting factor model of house price combining with the housing market data in Hebei Province.Through empirical analysis,this paper finds out the main factors that affect the house price.On the basis of the study,this paper recommends some countermeasures on house prices in Hebei Province in allusion to the specific conditions of the housing market in Hebei Province. |
