| 摘 要： | 文章采用Granger因果关系检验、动态相关系数、小样本因果关系检验模型等多种计量方法对改革开放以来我国能源消费与经济增长之间的作用机理进行了深入、全面的系统分析,并在此基础上对“十一五”能源利用效率的发展趋势进行了预测和统计分析,并对单位GDP能耗降低20%的合理性和科学性进行了系统论证。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the function mechanism between energy consumption and economic growth since 1978 by multi-kinds of econometric methods,including Granger causality test,dynamic coefficient and small sample causality test model.It uses statistical analyses to forecast the development trend of energy utilization efficiency during "the eleventh five" layout.Finally,it shows the rationality and scientific property on 20 percent drop of energy consumption per gdp. |
