| 摘 要： | 我国信贷扶贫资金存在投向偏差、资金使用效率低下等问题,一方面影响扶贫的可持续性;另一方面,影响金融的可持续性,使扶贫政策效应大为削弱.本文分析了扶贫资金使用效率低下的深层次原因,提出了进行信贷扶贫方式改革的思路.

| Abstract: | Such problems as the derivation in the use of fund and low fund-utility efficiency exist in our poverty reduction through credits, which affects the sustainability of poverty reduction and finance and further weakens the effects of poverty reduction policy. The paper analyzes the deep reason of low fund-utility efficiency and advances thoughts on reforming the way of poverty reduction through credits. |
