| 摘 要： | 我国政府采购功能不是单一的,而是一个涵盖多维目标的功能体系.政府采购功能在不同层面甚至同一层面内部的不同表现形式,既有统一性,又有对立性.从理论上明确我国政府采购功能体系的构成,不仅有助于政府采购制度在我国实践中的建设与完善,而且为进一步从理论上探讨利用政府采购制度促进我国的社会主义市场经济体制建设拓展了研究空间.

| Abstract: | The function of government procurement in our country is not single, but multi - dimension.The representation of government procurement function is both oneness and conflict. The definition of government procurement function structure will be useful to the implement of government procurement institution in our country, and it will also promote the research about government procurement in how to accelerate the development of socialism market economy in China. |
