低碳经济背景下福建农村工业科技进步研究

福建农村工业在发展进程中曾有过辉煌的历史，成为福建省农村经济主体力量的同时也带来了不同程度的环境污染。在低碳经济背景下，正进入以科技进步为内涵的第三次创业时期。针对农村工业发展过程中存在的问题，把农村工业的科技进步放在实现低碳经济转型和走具有中国特色的新型工业化道路有机结合上进行考量。为福建省农村工业实现科技进步，走低碳经济之路，树立低碳经济理念，培育低碳产业，开发低碳产品，应用低碳物流，实现低碳经济供应链，走新型工业化道路提供对策思路。

A Study of F.ujian Rural Industrial Technology Progress in the Low -carbon Economy

Fujian rural industry has had a glorious history,as the main force of rural economy meanwhile it caused the environmental pollution.In low-carbon economy,our country is entering the third period with the feature of the technology progress.It’ s critical to realize the low carbon economic transformation and the combination of newly industrialization with Chinese characteristics.This paper puts forwards the suggestions on the newly industrialization with the low-carbon industry,produces low-carbon product and obtains the low carbon economic supply chain.
