The construction of socialism new countryside is the major move to implement the scientific development concept.The realization of fair education is the important way to construct new socialist countryside and harmonious rural.In the process of promoting educational equity in the country,the problem of equal opportunity emerges and becomes the bottleneck to the construction of new rural.Based on the practice of rural education,we illustrate the connotation,value basis and orientation of opportunity equality from different perspective,and then suggest possible ways to achieve the rural educational equality.
