| 摘 要： | 以社会管理创新理念为指导，从大学生志愿服务主体、服务项目、运行机制三个方面研究制约当前大学生志愿服务可持续发展的原因，提出有针对性的对策建议：着力培养骨干型志愿者、帮助树立正确价值观、创新服务项目设计、拓宽项目资金来源、建立科学管理机制、健全法律保障机制和物质保障杌制，供相关部门参考。

| Abstract: | The paper is guided with the innovative concept of social management, analyzes the reason of restricting the current sustainable development of the student volunteer services from there aspects ： university student volunteer services principal, services and operating mechanism, finally and proposes the recommendations on the training of the volunteer, establishment of the correct values？？, innovation of services design, broaden of project funding sources, establishment of a scientific management system, the legal and material security mechanisms. |
