中国产权交易市场体系建设研究

摘    要:产权交易市场的功能是为产权交易提供平台,促进资源的合理流动.中国产权交易市场体系存在价格形成机制、产权交易方式、市场壁垒、信息披露和市场监管等方面的问题,根源在于出让方产权主体不到位、法律制度不完善、专业人才缺乏.中国产权交易市场体系未来发展的目标模式,是完善的产权市场、初级的资本市场和有选择的国际市场相结合的三位一体模式.

Abstract:The function of property rights exchange is to provide circumstance for property rights to promote the reasonable flow of resources.But in the market system of property rights exchange in China there exist problems in the following aspects: the price formation mechanism,the forms of property rights exchange,market barrier,information disclosure,and market supervision etc,which root in the absence of the transferor's title to property,the imperfection of the legal system,and the shortage of professionals.The ideal mode for the market system development of the property rights exchange in China is one with the trinity of a perfect property market,a primary capital market and a selective international market.
