| 摘 要： | 经济的发展为人民生活带来了巨大的便利,但同时也使得人们身体活动的机会越来越少。因此,身体也出现很多问题。在众多的休闲方式中,休闲体育最能促进人体健康。为解决人类健康问题,本文研究了不同人群的体育休闲方式方法,以期望对人们健康生活起到借鉴和指导作用。

| Abstract: | The development of modern economy brings convenience to the people,but makes people do less physical exercise.As a result,people get much illness.Comparing with many other recreational modes,leisure sport is the best way to solve the problem,which can improve human health.Different modes of sports leisure to the different people are studied in this paper in order to provide a reference and guide people to a healthy life. |
