摘    要:选用少量催化剂与硫酸二甲酯将甲胺磷直接乙酰化,采用双溶剂,经过通氨,静止分层,萃取、蒸馏、脱溶、结晶、烘干得乙酰甲胺磷原粉。工业化实验乙酰化收率>95%,原粉收率>80%,产品纯度>95%。

Abstract:In the present of double solvent, little catalyst and dimethy sulfate, acephate technical was prepared from methamidophos by adding ammonia, lamination, extraction, distillation, crystallization,drying. In the industrial test, the yield of acetylating was over 95%, the yield of acephate technical was over 80%,and the content of acephate technical was over 95%.
