Considering the realistic condition of Hunan Yizhang county, this article recommends a way that takes the cement stabilised-grading crushed stone as a replacement of lime structure, and further researches the foundation-design points about the cement stabilised-grading crushed stone, and pays attention to the preliminary work and the effective means in quality control, and solves quality-control problem well in construction. Thus, all above these can essentially change the present situation of Yizhang coal-carrying road maintenance.
