广西桂枝桂叶挥发油化学成分分析

摘    要:采用1102型气相色谱仪、RID检测器、BP×5化学结合相熔凝硅石毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),色谱条件为色谱柱初温90℃终温215℃,载气流速为45ml/min,分流比为50∶1,分析了水蒸汽蒸馏法提取的肉桂枝、肉桂叶挥发油的化学组成。所得结果与标准谱图相符:共检出肉桂枝、肉桂叶挥发油22个组分,且均以反式肉桂醛为主要成分。该实验为中小桂油企业提供了成本低且快捷的分析方法。

Abstract:The chemical component of the essential oil extracted from cinnamomumcassia presl,and cinnamomumcassia petrophilum leaves by steam distillation were analyzed by gas chromatography (type 1102). Chromatographic conditions were as follows:BP×5 boned phase, fused silica capillary column (30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm), column temperature from 90℃ to 215℃; the flow rates of carrier gas 45 mL/min; split ratio 50:1.The results analyzed was agree with standard chromatographic graph, and twenty-two components of essential oil were determined, and trans-3- phenylpropenal was the major constituent of all the components. This paper provided a fast analysis method with low cost.
