摘    要:基于资源基础理论和动态能力理论,研究企业知识结构、环境波动和知识动态能力对突破式创新的交互作用机制。通过实证调研,采用结构方程模型与层级回归分析方法进行分析,结果表明:元素知识和架构知识均对企业突破式创新产生正向影响;知识动态能力在知识结构与突破式创新的关系中起中介作用;环境波动与突破式创新呈倒U形关系,并负向调节知识结构与突破式创新的关系。研究结果拓展了知识与突破式创新的关系,可为企业优化知识管理以促进创新活动提供理论参考。

Knowledge Structure,Environmental Turbulence and Radical Innovation
Abstract:Based on resource basic theory and dynamic ability theory, this study examines the interaction mechanism of knowledge structure, environmental turbulence and knowledge based dynamic capability to radical innovation.Through empirical research, the results obtained by using hierarchical regression analysis methods and structural equation model indicate that elemental knowledge and architectural knowledge all can enchance radical innovation; knowledge based dynamic capabilities mediate the relationship between knowledge structure and radical innovation; environmental turbulence has an inverted U shaped relationship with radical innovation, and also has a negative effect on the relationship between knowledge structure and radical innovation.The results expand the relationship study between knowledge and radical innovation, and provide a theoretical reference for enterprises to optimize knowledge management to promote innovation activities.
