| 摘 要： | 农村经济发展离不开农村金融的有效支持,然而我国农村金融服务质量不高,难以适应社会主义新农村建设和城乡统筹发展的现实需要。基于此,本文以重庆为例分析了当前农村金融服务面临的主要障碍,针对性地提出了农村金融服务创新的目标定位与基本原则,并由此进行相关制度设计,旨在为进一步深化农村金融体制改革、提高农村金融服务质量、加快形成城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局提供理论支持与对策建议。
