| 摘 要： | 本文从定量的角度论证了科技进步对资源生产效率、资料利用率的提高以及对环境质量改善等方面作了阐述。提出了把发展先进、适用的技术和农业高新技术的研究、开发、应用与技术引进相结合、努力实现科技体制的创新和农民的素质三条科技对策。

| Abstract: | This articl demonstrates from a quantifiable angle that scientific and technical progress advances the efficiency of resource production, the rate at which resourecs can be put to use,as well as make improvements to environmental quality.It also introduces the new idea of implementation of a science and technology system through integration of research, development and application in progress,applicable technology and agricultural high tech. Research, development and applidcation are the three measures of scientific and technological progress in agricultural quailty. |
