| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生就业问题已引起社会广泛关注。高校毕业生数量的不断增加、结构不合理以及一些毕业生能力较差等,使大学生的就业形势十分严峻;而农民工又凭借吃苦耐劳的品质和逐步积累的工作技能赢得用人单位的青睐,从而导致大学生毕业生和农民工工资趋同现象的产生。

| Abstract: | The problems of university students' job-seeking become wide concern in our society.The increasing number of graduates,the inappropriate structure and the deficient ability of some graduates make job-seeking serious,while migrant workers,with hard-working quality and increasing skills,win their employment,which results in the phenomenon of similar wages of university graduates and peasants. |
