摘    要:食品安全问题的相关报道引起了公众对食品安全的讨论,相关部门出于食品安全控制的目的,加强了对食品安全检测的重视,并对食品安全检测提出了新要求.从新的要求来看,要高效、准确的评价和判断食品安全,需要利用具有先进性和针对性的技术.离子色谱技术在食品安全检测实践中表现出了不错的效果,加强对其的应用分析可以为实践提供参考与指导.所以文章研究了离子色谱技术在食品安全检测中的具体利用,旨在为实践提供指导.

Abstract:Related reports on food safety issues have aroused public discussion on food safety.For the purpose of food safety control,relevant departments have strengthened their emphasis on food safety testing and put forward new requirements for food safety testing.From the analysis of new requirements,it is necessary to use advanced and targeted technology to evaluate and judge food safety efficiently and accurately.Ion chromatography technology has shown a good effect in the practice of food safety detection.Therefore,this paper analyzes and studies the specific use of ion chromatography in food safety detection in order to provide guidance for practice.
