| Abstract: | Related reports on food safety issues have aroused public discussion on food safety.For the purpose of food safety control,relevant departments have strengthened their emphasis on food safety testing and put forward new requirements for food safety testing.From the analysis of new requirements,it is necessary to use advanced and targeted technology to evaluate and judge food safety efficiently and accurately.Ion chromatography technology has shown a good effect in the practice of food safety detection.Therefore,this paper analyzes and studies the specific use of ion chromatography in food safety detection in order to provide guidance for practice. |
