| 摘 要： | 从马克思主义经济学的角度出发,分析中国股市的虚拟资本问题。虚拟资本对经济发展有双重作用,一方面促进资本积累,优化资源配置,另一方面有造成经济泡沫的危险。找到中国股市虚拟资本泡沫的适当范围,并提出充分发挥虚拟资本作用的几点建议。
