沿江铁路通道武汉至南京段方案研究

摘    要:提升沿江铁路通道的综合运输效率和运输能力,需要合理确定沿江铁路通道各线路的功能定位及运输分工,探讨新建线路的可行性。在阐述沿江铁路通道武汉至南京段现状及规划的基础上,分析研究年度沿江铁路通道各线路的功能定位及运输分工,提出分流替代、提速改造、新建客货共线铁路和新建350 km/h高速铁路4种方案,从工程投资、旅行时间、通道能力适应性、线路衔接顺畅度和运输分工协调性等方面进行综合比选,最终推荐新建350 km/h高速铁路方案为沿江铁路通道武汉至南京段最佳方案。该方案的提出可以为提升沿江铁路通道的运输质量,促进华中和华东地区协同发展,构建长江经济带综合立体交通走廊和生态廊道奠定坚实基础。

Abstract:To improve the comprehensive transport efficiency and capacity of the railway corridor along the Yangtze River, it is necessary to reasonably determine the functional positioning and transport division of each line for the railway corridor along the Yangtze River and explore the feasibility of building new lines. On the basis of elaborating the current situation and planning of the Wuhan-Nanjing section of the riverside railway corridor, functional positioning and transportation division of each line of the riverside railway corridor were analyzed and studied, and four plans of diversion alternative, speedup transformation, newly built passenger and freight mixed railway, and newly built high speed railway at the speed of 350 km/h were proposed. Comparison was made from the aspects of project investment, travelling time, adaptability of corridor capacity, connection between lines, and coordination of division of labor for transport, and the scheme of newly built high speed railway at the speed of 350 km/h was recommended for Wuhan to Nanjing section of the riverside railway corridor. The proposed scheme can elevate the transport quality of riverside railway corridor, facilitate the coordinate development of Central China and East China, and lay solid foundation for constructing comprehensive threedimensional transportation corridor and ecological corridor in the economic belt of Yangtze River.
