西部中小城市规划创新的若干思考

着眼于中国西部中小城市规划工作在深化政府行政管理体制改革、加强城市规划培训、加强规划编制基础工作、有针对性地研究适合西部中小城市特点的规划编制管理办法等方面进行探讨,并提出进一步提高中小城市规划工作水平的改革创新思路。

The Reformation and Innovation of Medium-and-small Cities' Planning in the West China

The medium-and-small cities in the west China have been making great progress in totality with the opportunities of the western development. But there remains much to be done in the planning work in accordance with the demand of the further development. This paper explores some measures of reformation and innovation to improve the planning work of these cities. The first one is to deepen the reformation of the administrative system of the government, the second is to enhance the training of city planning speciality; the third is to strengthen the basic establishment work of urban planning; the fourth is to study the measures suitable for the medium-and-small cities; the fifth is to work at the general urban Design and the last is to reinforce the planning work of earlier stage of emphatic projects.
