| 摘 要： | 本文通过比较美、英、日、德四国的对接模式发现,保险市场与资本市场的和谐对接是资金、产品和制度对接三方面的共融体,是金融市场自然演进与风险资本动态规制的最优范式结合。基于此,我国应在经济、金融微观制度基础变迁的基础上适时选择适合我国国情的可操作和可持续的对接模式。

| Abstract: | Based on the comparative analysis of situations in America,Britain,Japan and Germany,this paper concludes that the harmonious integration of insurance market and capital market is the connection of capital integration,products integration and institution integration.And such integration is also the optimal linkages paradigm between natural evolution of financial market and venture capital dynamic regulation.So China should choose an operational and sustainable mode suitable to our economic and financial conditions. |
