| 摘 要： | 汽车车身薄板焊接点焊质量的优劣直接影响整车的安全性能,对汽车的结构强度及安全具有重要影响.文章分析了影响焊接质量的焊接时间、焊接电流、焊接压力等参数及焊接设备状态等因素,结合目前国内某微型汽车的做法,归纳总结出了一套焊接质量控制方法,提出了实现该控制方法的具体操作步骤和要求,并通过不断的过程评估达到维持系统正常运转的目的.

| Abstract: | The welding quality of body in white has important in fluence on the whole vehicle safety and the structure strength.According to the analysis of equipment states and welding parameter like welding time,welding current,welding press,referring to the welding quality control ways of some mini car company,a set of welding quality control method was developed. In succession,the specific step and requirement were brought up to realize the welding quality control method.Lasdy, sustaining assessment is used to maintain the system in a reasonable status. |
