| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国利用外商直接投资(FDI)取得了举世瞩目的成就,继续积极吸引外资,可以促进中国经济持续稳定增长,又是提升产业结构、促进技术进步、推动制度变革的有效手段。但同时,外商直接投资也给我国经济发展带来一些负面影响。

| Abstract: | China has won great successes in utilizing foreign merchants' direct investments since its econom ic reform and opening to the world.Continually an d actively introducing foreign inve stments can not only push forward a su stained increase of China' s economy,but also improve China' s industrial structure,expedite it s progress in technology and its system reforms.But at the same time,foreign merchants' direct investments have also produced some negative influences on China' s economic devel-opment. |
