基于资源—能力—活动模型的商业模式创租机制研究

企业的不同租金类型来源于不同的商业模式活动。与商业模式资源—能力—活动模型相对应,存在资源选取和能力构建两种主要创租机制。这两种创租机制存在的独立性思维缺陷源自传统企业战略和企业理论中的＂资源—能力＂二分法。由于知识同时具有资源和能力属性,而知识来源于学习,因此,完善这两种创租机制、提高企业资源生产力和创租能力的思路是资源整合、知识积累和组织学习。

The Research on Rent Creation Mechanisms of Business Model Based on the Resource-Capability-Activity Pattern

The rent types of an enterprise are decided by its business model activities.According to the resource-capability-activity Pattern of business model,there are two major rent creation mechanisms: resource-picking and capability-building.There exist three major methods to perfect the two rent creation mechanisms and increase the productivity of its resource and capability of rent creation,which are resource integration,knowledge accumulation and organizational study.
