| 摘 要： | 在金融混业经营的环境下,银保合作得到了较快发展,但在其快速发展过程也出现了很多问题。银保合作对其参与主体（银行、保险公司、客户）有着不同的影响,银保合作中存在的从业人员保险理念不足、产品单一等突出问题,分析总结后提出相应的发展建议：提升理财专员服务水平、积极开发新产品等等。

| Abstract: | Under the environment that financial mixed-business management,the cooperation between bank and insurance company has got rapidly developed,but there appeared a lot of problems.The cooperation has difference influences for its participation（Bank,Insurance and customs）.The existing prominent problems like low service level of relevant person and single product,put forward and so on.The Suggestions for its development like develop the service level of finance;make new products and so on. |
