| 摘 要： | “马太效应”在教育中具有双刃作用。个体心理素质是其形成的基础条件,环境因素是其激活因子,认知惯性原理是其深化发展的根源。教育者要正确面对“马太效应”,善于并激活其正面效应的形成,预防和治理其负面效应。

| Abstract: | The two-edged actions of Matthew Effect in education have double functions.Personal psychological factor is the basic cause,the environmental factor is the activating cause and the cognitive inertia factor is the source of development.Educatiors should correctly deal with "Matthew Effect",activating the positive effect of it and preventing its negative effect. |
