| Abstract: | By using basic tools in western economics,the paper makes an analysis on economic efficiency of land use in current China,explores the shortcomings in current system of land property right and comes up with ideas that we should increase the efficiency of land use in China by marketization.The purpose of the study is to help farmers shake off poverty in building socialist new countryside. |
