中小型民营企业人才流失问题研究

摘    要:目前我国中小型民营企业人才流失率过高,人才严重短缺,成为制约民营企业综合竞争力提升的一大障碍。本文着重对造成人才流失的原因进行了剖析,并针对性地提出了相应的对策措施。

Abstract:At present the small and medium privately-owned enterprise of our country is faced with the high rate of brain drain and talent shortage, which has caused a serious problem for the privately-owned enterprise in enhancing its integrated competitiveness. This paper makes deep analysis on the factor that led to the current situation and gives the corresponding measure.
