| 摘 要： | 文章在上期分析我国地质灾害治理中存在的主要问题的基础上 ,对如何开展好我国地质灾害治理工作 ,提出了各级政府应加强对地质灾害治理规划的编制和实施管理、落实地质灾害防治资金、完善地质灾害防治工作的法制和制度、严把防治工程质量关、制订地质灾害治理技术规程规范、建立重大治理项目评估机制等六项对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of main problems in China's control of geological disaster in the first part, the paper offers proposals for improving China's control of geological disaster, involving in strengthening to work out and to implement plan, to fulfill the fund of prevention and control of geological disaster, to perfect legal system prevention and control of geological disaster, to strict management of prevention and control work quality, to draw up rules and criterion of prevention and control technology of geological disaster, and to develop assessment system of important control projects. |
