| 摘 要： | ERP的实施是一项系统的综合工程，它的成功实施是企业提升管理水平、塑造竞争优势的有效手段。然而目前在国内，ERP的实施道路并不顺畅，许多企业管理者对是否应用ERP产生怀疑。其实，只要企业抓住实施ERP项目时的几个重点，是完全可以取得成功的。
