| 摘 要： | 论文以大连獐子岛渔业集团股份有限公司为研究对象，结合国内大连獐子岛渔业、中水远洋、国联水产等10家渔业上市企业2009年度财务数据，建立财务指标体系，运用主成分分析法对渔业企业的主要竞争力进行评价和对比分析，确立獐子岛渔业的竞争优势，提出了注重创新、创建品牌效应、追加投资、实施人才战略等提高渔业企业核心竞争力的建议，以促进渔业企业的可持续发展。
