物资紧急调运资源点选取及运输量分配模型研究

摘    要:文章针对物资紧急调运问题,构建了两个数学模型:第一个是选择最优资源点模型,它解决了如何根据各资源点与保障点的距离及物资储备量等参数,择优选取资源点的问题;第二个是运输量分配模型.它解决了根据所选资源点的运输能力,如何分配各点运输任务量的问题。并通过实例应用,验证了它们的可行性。这两个模型,可为物资紧急调运情况下运输计划的制定提供便捷、直观、准确的依据,并可为资源点运输任务的及时、有计划的完成提供一定的数据支持.

Abstract:In this paper, we structure two mathematic models of resource based on choosing and assignment of material emergent transportation. The first one is the best resource base choosing model, it solves the problem of how to choose the best resource bases according to the geographical feature and store quantity information. The second one is model of transportation task assign- ment, it solves the problem of according to the different transport capacity of different resource bases, how to assign the trans- portation task. And we also prove the feasibility of them through practical example. This two models may be rapid, visual, accu- rate basis for the plan of material emergent transportation.
